The Crave platform allows authorised users easy access to manage their outlets availability to accept orders. If you have an emergency, holiday or for any other reason, you can easily disable ordering in real time and open your outlet again once you are ready to accept orders. Your guests will still be able to browse your menu but they will not be able to place orders until ordering is enabled again.
Outlet ordering can be enabled or disabled on any mobile device, tablet, PC or the Crave Console by logging in to the Crave NOC.
Accessing The Crave NOC
The first step is to login to the Crave NOC using the username and password which was provided during your onboarding. If you have forgotten those details, please contact our Customer Success team who will be able to assist you.
Navigate to the Crave NOC on any browser and enter your login details and select login.
Select Company details on the next menu.
Select Enable/Disable Mobile Ordering.
How to Disable or Enable Outlet Ordering
The next steps describe how to disable or enable ordering for an individual outlet or multiple outlets if you have more than one.
Select the disable button for the outlets you would like to disable mobile ordering.
Select Ok on the warning message to confirm that you would like to disable ordering
The disable button will change colour to red to indicate it is closed. A message will be displayed to guests to indicate ordering is currently unavailable, however they will still be able to browse the menu.
When you are ready to start accepting orders again, follow the steps above and select the red enable button The button will change to grey to indicate that you are now accepting orders.
