The Crave platform allows authorised users easy access to manage their outlets availability to accept orders. You can switch off ordering in real time and switch it on again once you are ready to accept orders. Your guests will still be able to browse your menu but they will not be able to place orders until your outlet is switched on.
Outlet ordering can be switched OFF/ON on any mobile device, tablet, PC or the Crave Console by logging in to the Crave NOC.
1. Accessing The Crave NOC
The first step is to login to the Crave NOC using the username and password which was provided during your onboarding. You can Learn How to login if this is your first time or you need further assistance.
Navigate to https://app.crave-emenu.com/noc/SignOn.aspx on any browser and enter your login details and select Login.
Select Switch off/on Mobile Ordering.
2. How to Switch OFF/ON Outlet Ordering
The next steps describe how to Switch off/on outlet ordering for an individual outlet or multiple outlets if you have more than one.
Select the green switch off button for the outlets you would like to disable mobile ordering.
Select OK on the warning message to confirm that you would like to Switch off ordering for the chosen outlet.
The button will change colour to red to indicate the outlet is switched off. A message will be displayed to guests on the Mobile Order & Pay app to indicate ordering is currently unavailable, however they will still be able to browse the menu.
When you are ready to start accepting orders again, follow the steps above and select the red switch on button. The button will change to green to indicate that you are now accepting orders.
