The Crave CMS and Mobile Management tool allow you manage many aspects of our mobile solutions yourself. This includes managing content, opening times, ordering availability, and the ability to view order history as well as many other features. We would be delighted to assist you in gaining access to the Crave CMS and Mobile Management tool. All requests should be made in writing by an authorized manager.

Our Customer Success team can assist with any customer refunds. An email should be sent quoting the order number and the amount to be refunded to email@example.com.
Refunds are processed during business hours Monday to Friday and will take approximately 24 hours to be returned to the customers payment card. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund has been processed to the venue.
