How Can I Refund a Customer

Our Customer Success team can assist with any customer refunds. An email should be sent quoting the order number and the amount to be refunded to support@crave-emenu.com

Refunds are processed during business hours Monday to Friday and will take approximately 24 hours to be returned to the customers payment card.  A confirmation email will be sent when the refund has been processed to the venue.
