The Crave platform allows authorised users easy access to manage the availability of products. If you have sold out of a particular item, run out of ingredients or for any other reason, you can hide a product from your menu in real time. Your guests will not be able to view those products until you make them available again.
Products can be hidden or shown using any mobile device, tablet, PC or the Crave Console by logging in to the Crave NOC.
1. Accessing The Crave NOC
The first step is to login to the Crave NOC using the username and password which was provided during your onboarding. If you have forgotten those details, please contact our Customer Success team who will be able to assist you.
Navigate to https://app.crave-emenu.com/noc/SignOn.aspx on any browser and enter your login details and select login.
Select Company details on the next menu.
Select Enable/Disable Products.
Locate the product you would like to hide by either:
Select Hide to remove the chosen product from your menu.
A message will be displayed asking you to confirm that you would like to hide the product. Select OK to proceed. Products will be removed from your menu in real time.
The hide button will change to red to indicate the product is no longer visible on your menu.
When you are ready to start selling a hidden product, perform the steps above and press the red show button. The button will turn to grey to indicate it is visible to your customers.
Currently it is only possible to Hide and Show complete products within the Crave NOC. If you would like to disable a modifier/alternation this can only be done via the Crave CMS. Learn How to edit an alteration using the Crave CMS.
